·    Recruit, interview, hire, and trained a team of 50 to 60 summer staff each year ranging in age from 16-39 yrs.

·    Oversaw the Adult Education Ministry for Sunday Morning & Men’s Ministry.

·    Planned, organized and implemented Day Camps, Resident Camps, Horse Camps, Soccer Camp and Wilderness Camps

·    Coordinated with partnership churches for resident camps, conferences and events.

·    Developed High Ropes, Challenge Course & Team Building Program for adults and kids.

·    Oversaw the Aquatics program including swim lessons, family, lap swim and water aerobics.

·    Help design brochures, and other advertising for camp programs and events.

·    Managed a $75,000 yearly program budget within the limits of the camp’s overall budget.
